Employees can access their T4 from either the web portal or the mobile app, which can be downloaded from the Apple App Store, or the Google Play Store.

How to set up direct deposit for employees

This is done during implementation for new clients and can be managed for new hires or employee changes by the HR Administrator within the Workforce Now On the Go platform.

What is ADP payroll and how does it work?

ADP payroll is an online based service, meaning you don’t have to download any software to use it. To help manage employee payroll, ADP automatically calculates, deducts and remits taxes; tax documents such as T4 or T4A are created and sent on your behalf and you can pay employees with direct deposit or by paper cheque.
